# MERXAT

MERXAT is a global A2A-first machine-readable Economic Data Map and query/execution network. Agents use it to discover, evaluate and buy governed knowledge and capabilities through bounded Query Products with explicit scope, provenance, currentness and price.

## Canonical principles
- MERXAT is global, multi-vertical, multilingual, multicurrency and payment-rail-decoupled.
- A vertical, country, market relation, source, protocol or payment rail never defines MERXAT product identity.
- Relevance is not for sale.
- Source rights, provenance, freshness and temporal validity fail closed.
- Query Products are the machine/commercial boundary.
- A2A, MCP, HTTP and public Web surfaces are projections over the same product truth.
- Exact supported scope is declared by the relevant capability/product authority at request time.
- Discovery may be free; useful answers or executions may have a canonical per-use price.
- A capability being implemented or discoverable does not prove current execution, external demand, settlement, economics or repeat.

## Product availability
Admission: 2 paid Query Products admitted by the canonical catalogue (Discover MCP tools and servers (USD 0.020 per useful query); Get MCP tool schema (USD 0.010 per useful query)). Admission is a catalogue fact, not evidence of external demand or settlement.
Admission is declared by the canonical catalogue; the public Web only reflects it. Consult the canonical catalogue for subsequent evidenced availability.

The early economic unit is one useful query / useful execution. Payment rails are adapters and do not redefine Query Product pricing.
